Did you know…our bodies are designed to be in nature.
So nature time is huge for good mental health.
At the weekend we were on a walk in Wales when a group of sheep popped out in front of us.
The kids were squealing with excitement. It was a bit late in the day to climb a big mountain and the sun was starting to come down, but we went for it anyway and loved it.
One of the most stunning walks I have ever done up Cadair Idris.
It can take practise and a little bit of negotiation to get kids going on walks but it’s soo worth it.
