🌱 This random act of kindness is giving all the feels this morning.
It was spotted in Coventry Memorial Park this weekend. Just seeing this filled my heart with joy.
To help kids be kinder we have to show them the way and model kindness.
One way you can do this, is to show your child that kindness is important by expressing gratitude for the people in your community even the little things count e.g say thank you to the lollipop person or the librarian.
Kindness makes others feel good and also us too, because being kind is the opposite of stress. @davidrhamiltonphd talks a lot about the science behind this in his awesome book.
It’s so cool that when we are kind to others it feels good for us too.
