Yesterday I was transported straight into my childhood.

We can use this to help kids find similar feelings.

🍦 Maybe an ice-cream flavour you tried on a trip or a funny moment you had together. Just something where you felt good.
Talking about these memories will bring back those same positive feelings and give your mind and body a boost. Our brain can’t tell if a thought is real or imagined, we can use this to help us feel good.
