Here at @happyconfidentkids we help people to seek out glimmers.
Our brains are trained to look for danger which can mean we end up focussing on the negatives; which can then make us feel more anxious.
By seeking out the tiny moments of joy in everyday we can start to re train our brains to have a more positive focus.
Kids are amazing at finding glimmers, teach kids about glimmers and ask them what made them glimmer today and how did it feel ✨
