Breath Therapy

Breathing fully is a super power and when you harness it, it can do great things.

It’s the fastest way to calm your brain and body.

We teach children breathing techniques in our 1-2-1 children coaching sessions and we’re huge fans of Breath Therapy Animal Breathing techniques which we use in our “In the Wild” workshops – all the children love them. Our favourite is breathing like a 🦁 ROOOOOAAARRRR.
