“Hi, my name is Luke, I have a passion for helping others to create positive change in their lives. I previously worked in retail for over 16 years, leading and coaching teams of people for some of the world’s leading motor companies.

From a young age, I struggled with anxiety and a lack of confidence, and without the proper help and awareness, this continued into my adult life. In 2018 I was at a really low point in my life, lacking the skills to manage my emotions and becoming increasingly joyless. I came to the realisation that negative childhood experiences and behaviours had seriously affected my mental health, but with the correct support was able to create a new positive outlook.

I have since achieved a Level 2 in Counselling Skills and am now a fully qualified Practitioner in NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy. This new knowledge has helped me notice similar cycles in my own children’s well-being and act appropriately so that it does not become more serious later in life.

Being a coach for Happy Confident Kids helps me equip children and young people with new life skills to manage their emotions better, resolve anxiety and grow in confidence every single day.

  • “Luke has been brilliant with my 12 year old son. Anxiety and anger caused him to struggle with school; and social environments. Luke has given him tools to manage this and it has made a real difference.”

  • “Thank you so much. I was super nervous of how he would be. He really loved it and asked when we can do it again, so that is really positive! I am very grateful and we will definitely be practising everyday!”
