Impact and Future Direction:

The six-month program has laid a strong foundation for a sustainable wellbeing culture at West Coventry Academy. Continued collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on long-term impact will ensure that the school effectively addresses the needs of its learners and staff. We are committed to partnering with West Coventry Academy to create a thriving and supportive learning environment.

To effectively measure and record the project’s impact, we prioritised data collection. From the beginning, we conducted surveys with learners, staff, and parents. We also maintained a detailed data recording system, using pre- and post-session surveys when possible, and gathering verbal feedback after each session. This allowed us to compile accurate findings and gather valuable testimonials.
