As part of our work for the Canal & River trust we have developed 17 family wellbeing routes at specific locations within targeted Sport England Areas. Initially this was 15 maps but due to the success of them Sport England funded a further two more maps (whoop whoop).

The trails are a beautiful way to step away from the noise and immerse yourself in nature and “blue space” water environments. Each trail features unique, tech-free mindfulness exercises including Dragonfly Breathing and our lovely Canal Story – Download Maps Here

Gloucester Docks Family Wellbeing Trail
