Leeds training a new cohort of Canal & River Trust

Another super hot day on the waterside, but we adapted the session and found some shade and area to rest for everyone. It was great to meet another amazing cohort of Canal & River Trust volunteers.

The volunteer team give up so much of their FREE time to help others, and the tools we teach them not only teach them tools for kids but for them too.

Everyone showed up with such amazing energy. What stood out to me most was how these well-being tools aren’t just a game-changer for kids, but for grown-ups too. Seeing the immediate impact the day had on the incredible Canal Trust staff and volunteers was just magic.

Retrain Your Brain to Look for Joy

Glimmers are the tiny moments of joy, warmth, or connection that are easy to miss — but when you start noticing them, everything changes.

Since I started noticing Glimmers, my whole perspective has shifted. It's a game changer!

Nice to feel valued and supported as an individual. We often miss out our own care in the struggle to set up all the many school and group sessions that we run throughout the year.
