Say hello to Adam, I have been working with Adam as part of our work with Natwest as part there Acceleration Programme.
Adam is one of our “Honorary Glimmer Seekers”, we awarded him an Official Glimmer Seeker badge due to his positive outlook in life and his mission to help others succeed.
Glimmers are the tiny moments of joy, warmth, or connection that are easy to miss — but when you start noticing them, everything changes.
Since I started noticing Glimmers, my whole perspective has shifted. It's a game changer!
Nice to feel valued and supported as an individual. We often miss out our own care in the struggle to set up all the many school and group sessions that we run throughout the year.
