As part of the Canal & River Trust staff training, participants in the In the Wild Leader program completed additional 1-2-1 online practicals and support sessions with Head Coach and tool creator Laura.

During these online practicals, participants presented activities and discussed core workshop elements to ensure they were fully confident, thoroughly understood the tools, and felt prepared to deliver their Go Outdoors sessions. The practicals offered each individual tailored 1:1 guidance to refine their skills, while ongoing support was provided via email check-ins and ad-hoc follow-up sessions whenever extra assistance was needed.

It has been amazing to see the wealth and variety of experience among the Canal & River Trust In the Wild Leaders.
