Top tip for improving family mental health

The power of nature to help improve mental health is well studied and this time of year it’s even more important to head outside.

Even if you can just do five minutes the health benefits are huge. It was amazing to meet so many people at the @headoutsideawards last weekend all doing amazing things to help us reconnect with nature.

One of my favourite walks in Kenilworth is at the back of Kenilworth Castle and it’s stunning today.
