DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday 29th May 10:30 for an hour of FREE outdoor activities by the waterside. \n\n\n\nAbout this event \nGet active\, connect with nature and spend quality time together as a family. This session will help you learn simple wellbeing skills that support calm\, confidence and connection. \nIdeal for primary school–age children (4–11) but everyone is welcome. \nDelivered in partnership with Happy Confident Kids and supported by Sport England. \nAdd the end of the session we will give you a copy of our Tower Hamlets Family Wellbeing Trail. You can enjoy this self-guided trail on the day of the event or whenever you revisit us. The route features fun\, nature-inspired activities along the way. \nBook your FREE space now \nSpaces are limited to 40 attendees per session\, so book now to secure your spot! \nPlease book one ticket per person. For example\, a family of four will need four tickets.
